$50 Non-refundable Deposit to Register Starting 6/1/18
Dinner on Friday and Lunch on Saturday Included
Participation Swag for all team Members
Weekend Pass! = Access to the cash bar, hall, vendors and gaming tables all weekend.
Trophies for 1st, 2nd, 3rd place, last place award as well
Remaining $200 Due in September
Team T-shirts (including your team name) available separately for purchase- Details to Follow.
Each Team can bring a coach for an additional $20 fee (Coaches are getting a weekend pass for a $10 discount)
The coach gets dinner on Friday and lunch on Saturday.

Coaching guidelines will be detailed in the Players Packet which will be released by May 1st 2018.
Need to designate an alternate when you lock your lists in September? No Problem! There is no cost to register alternates with your team -Guidelines will be detailed in the Players Packet out May 1st 2018
If an Alternate is registered with his or her team and is not needed, the player can participate in the Alternates tournament.
The cost of the Alternates Tournament is $25
Alternate Tournament players get the same meals and participation swag as the Team Event.
